We will usually ship your order within 7 days. Depending on your location and chosen courier service , 2-3 days delivery could apply to your order.

RETURNS
We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with the quality , fit and colour of your product.
If for any reason you need to return your item to us we offer a full refund or exchange
To return items please email info@stringgs.com with your reason for returning and we will send you instructions on how to send it to us .
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
We will offer a full refund (excluding shipment) or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your items.
We can only accept returns on items that are unworn , unwashed and have not had tags or hygiene strips removed.
We kindly ask that you follow these guidelines before returning to us .
